Supervisor - Iconic British Footwear Brand - Central London - Up to £20,000
I am currently looking for supervisors to join the team of an exciting British footwear brand in various locations across Central London.
The brand were established 35 years ago and has grown into an international phenomenon! With cutting edge design, world renowned brands and offering exceptional service the brand are a true leader in footwear.
If you are outgoing, confident and have a genuine love of shoes this brand is definitely for you!
The Ideal Candidate:
*Experience working within a footwear/accessory environment
*Experience as a supervisor/senior sales assistant
*Have a knowledge of and passion for shoes!
*Be able to demonstrate the importance of excellent customer service
*Enjoy offering personal styling advice
*Be confident and have a positive working attitude
Responsibilities of the role:
*Support store management with the daily running of the store
*Being brand aware and representing them to the highest standard
*Inspire the team to provide personal and inspiring customer service
*Being able to offer styling advice and product information confidently
*Being motivated to work towards personal targets and KPI's
*Drive store targets to achieve the best results
