CALL CENTRE AGENT WANTED

My client a charitable organisation based in Bletchingley in Surrey is actively interested in speaking to people interested in working in a call centre environment doing a job that makes difference to the community , by phone and online, 24/7, 365 days a year.
To ensure that information is received, documented and is directed to relevant companies accurately and securely.
Record information from members of the public via the telephone or other relevant medium.
Input the sanitised information onto the database before forwarding to the appropriate clients ensuring information complies with data protection and disclosure requirements.
The Ideal Candidate:
4 GCSE's graded C or above including Maths and English
Confident, professional and friendly phone manner.
Proactive individual who is able to think on their feet and outside the box.
Persistence and tenacity.
Excellent investigative skills.
Motivated by achievement.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Able to work well under pressure.
Able to multitask.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to record information accurately.
Excellent team player.
Good typing speed.
Good computer skills with experience of using email, internet and Microsoft Office.
Good written and verbal English language skills.
24/7 call agents work a four on, four off shift pattern.
