Your role will be to handle the day to day running of the office. This will include answering email and phone enquiries, processing student applications, handling business processes, organising events ranging from professional networking to parties, as well as managing the general running of their building, a beautiful Georgian townhouse.

This is a new position at a growing company, and there's plenty of opportunity to carve your own path. The company has a flat structure, with team members working together and supporting one another.

Key responsibilities:
- dealing with incoming calls and emails
- coordinating applications and processing new students
- meeting and greeting visitors

- general office administration, including document management and dealing with post
- managing student and partner emails
- diary management, scheduling appointments and booked calls
- facilities assistance e.g. ensuring kitchen is kept well stocked and tidy
- ordering supplies and working to a budget

About you:
You'll be looking for a role that you can make your own, with plenty of opportunity to gain new skills. You know your way around Google docs and Microsoft Office, and enjoy meeting new people and delivering great customer service.

The right fit will have values that align with the company's own - transparency, collaboration, contribution and forward thinking.
