Currently supporting a business based on the outskirts of Milton Keynes who are looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant/ Purchase Ledger Clerk on a full time, permanent basis. This is a great job opportunity to join an ever growing organisation as a key member of their accounting function.

Main duties will include:

  • To process supplier payment runs
  • Ensure all invoices are coded correctly
  • Deal with all company vehicle expenses
  • Ensure all invoices are allocated correctly
  • To assist with month-end and year-end procedures
  • Deal with all supplier queries

To be considered for this vacancy you will need to have:

  • Two years experience working within accounts payable
  • Be a strong communicator on both a written and verbal basis.
  • Be able to work effectively in a high pressured environment.
