Purchase Ledger Clerk
Currently supporting a business based on the outskirts of Milton Keynes who are looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant/ Purchase Ledger Clerk on a full time, permanent basis. This is a great job opportunity to join an ever growing organisation as a key member of their accounting function.
Main duties will include:
- To process supplier payment runs
- Ensure all invoices are coded correctly
- Deal with all company vehicle expenses
- Ensure all invoices are allocated correctly
- To assist with month-end and year-end procedures
- Deal with all supplier queries
To be considered for this vacancy you will need to have:
- Two years experience working within accounts payable
- Be a strong communicator on both a written and verbal basis.
- Be able to work effectively in a high pressured environment.
