Our client is recognised as a leading Investment Management and Wealth Management business with offices near Maidstone, Kent. They currently seek to recruit for a support Administrator to join their busy and vibrant team. You will be working within a forward thinking organisation which offers excellent opportunities to progress and develop your career.

Daily Duties will include;

  • Communicate with colleagues, clients and product providers in a professional manner, using appropriate business language and correct grammar
  • Attend regular operations meeting to discuss ongoing work and raise any queries
  • Assist other support staff when needed and when there is capacity to do so

New Business/ Surrender / Fund Switch Procedures

  • Check all client related compliance and AML documents are certified and valid
  • Process new business as per the new business submission sheet, via Intelliflo and using Intelliflo workflows
  • Process surrenders and fund switches as per the adviser instruction form, via Intelliflo and using Intelliflo workflows
  • Submit forms to product providers in relation to plan applications and adviser charging

Form Processing in relation to fees / income / increments

  • Submit forms to product providers in relation to fees / income / increments
  • Process via Intelliflo and using Intelliflo tasks and workflows
  • Communicate with product providers to track status
  • Keep the adviser and client informed of submission through to completion
