Support Worker Bank
As a Support Worker you will join a specialist team supporting an individual in their own home. You will be an instrumental part of this team and will receive outstanding clinical support, leadership and person-centred training.
Our clinical teams will develop recovery focus plans to inform the Support Workers’ contribution promoting a structured and meaningful week, enabling the individual to achieve their full potential. You will build strong and trusting working relationships and in this varied position you will support the individual to develop or regain life skills assisting participation in community life.
We require a Support Worker to work on a bank basis covering shifts on a day, waking night & sleep in basis. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience as a Support Worker or have performed as a Recovery Worker, Mental Health Specialist, Learning Disabilities or Autism Specialist, Outreach Worker, Crisis Worker and Forensic Worker.
If you are a team player with great communication skills, possess an NVQ/QCF 3 or willingness to complete the qualification with Gray Healthcare we’d love to hear from you. It is essential that you’re a car driver as the client has a mobility vehicle.
As a Support Worker you will be paid £10 per hour paid weekly. In addition we provide ongoing high quality bespoke training, holiday pay for accued holidays, a healthcare cash plan and the chance to develop with a vibrant, growing organisation.
