This role will sit within the front end team.

  • Logging all complaints in a timely manner when they come through
  • Checking all customer information is correct and accurate
  • Collating packs ready to load to the systems for the investigators to pick up
  • Attention to detail and high level accuracy is essential for this role

Essential Skills

  • Good PC and keyboard skills.
  • Excellent ability to follow processes and procedures
  • Excellent personal presentation standards and education level that supports a professional business environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to use initiative and make sound decisions
  • An excellent eye for detail
  • An ability to work to specific daily volume targets, and quality targets in excess of 98%
  • Excellent standard of literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Experience at problem solving or resolution of complex queries
  • Ability to manage workload
  • PPI industry experience
