Their product range comprises of clay bricks, Thermalite blocks, aggregate blocks, Red Bank chimney, roofing and flue systems, precast concrete and flooring products and Formpave permeable paving.

They are now looking for a Maintenance Co-ordinator to control the management of all site assets. You will manage the efficient running of the Preventative Maintenance System to ensure the department delivers all planned maintenance and planned work whilst meeting all legal and Company requirements for employee health & safety and quality standards.
The Maintenance Co-ordinator will work with the Engineering team to ensure critical spares and consumables are readily available across the Swadlincote plants whilst managing and running the inventory management system. You will build and maintain effective relationships, both internally and externally with suppliers, to enable the efficient running and management of the store.
All that they ask is that you have an Engineering Apprenticeship or ONC/HNC/HND/Degree in an appropriate subject and hold a Fork Lift Truck Licence; a minimum of 2 Tonne Counterbalance.
