Are you a Learning Support Assistant or a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant looking for your next exciting challenge in secondary education?

Reed Education Cardiff is recruiting LSAs/HLTAs for a number of roles across all of the South Wales regions. We are currently working closely with a number of schools in South Central Wales and South East Wales who truly value the contribution of support staff in the learning process. Most schools are easily accessible and within a forty five minute drive of most locations within the regions with the majority of roles having fairly accessible public transport links.

You will be a committed individual who is truly invested in the progress of learners with the sincere belief that all pupils can achieve their full potential. You will be an individual who has been involved with learners on either a 1:1 support or group outreach basis. You will have resilience and be prepared to take on the unique challenges of 1:1 support roles. You will be a flexible individual who can adapt in any given situation and will have an understanding of behaviour management strategies to ensure positive and purposeful learning environments and experiences. Formal Teaching Assistant qualifications, the ability to speak Welsh fluently and experience of cover supervision are desirable but not essential.

The School

Requirements for the Role:
- Experience of TA/LSA work with Teaching Assistant Qualifications Desirable
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- A clear DBS and excellent references.
