Childcare Fee Earner, Chesterfield

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and driven Newly Qualified Solicitor to join a busy and well respected Legal 500 recommended Child Care team, within a well-established firm based in Chesterfield.

With this particular role, the level of experience required is flexible with fantastic on the job training provided if necessary. It is required that newly qualified applicants have completed a seat in Family and Care.

Typically, your caseload will consist of Public Child Care work with a future requirement to attain Child Panel accreditation in order to take instructions from guardians and represent children.

The position would be suitable for an individual who has the ability to look at primary evidence in order to challenge and formulate a case, cross examine and possess confidence to undertake advocacy work to represent clients at Court.

Notably, there is potential to progress within the company in line with the current succession planning by demonstrating continuous professional development.

Salary is negotiable, dependent on experience.
