2nd line Support Analyst - to £120 per day 3 months Cardiff

- Regular Duties

- Handle allocated IT Service-desk trouble tickets using ServiceNow (Incidents, Problems, Service requests)
- Support for key business applications including email, telephone, internet usage, back-office, line of business applications
- Technical/hardware support for desktop PCs, laptops, tablets, smartphones, telephony, local servers, networks, cabling, printers and large office equipment including scanners, photocopiers, fax machines etc.
- Rigorous documentation of problem resolution, root cause analysis, and all changes to the environment
- Adherence to Corporate IT processes

Skills and Experience

- Great customer interfacing skills, professional and personable with a 'can do' attitude and client service mentality. This is very important as this is a 'stand-alone' role
- Relevant technical experience in a distributed end-user environment, MS Windows, MS Office
- Network Printing and Multi-function devices, with follow-me printing/scanning
- Proven structured and analytical problem solving ability
- Active Directory administration
- Ability to work well individually as part of a wider team, along with external suppliers
- Technical/hardware support for desktop PCs, laptops, tablets, smartphones, telephony, local servers, networks, cabling, printers and large office equipment including scanners, photocopiers, fax machines etc.
- Full driving licence
