The successful applicant will work as part of a team to ensure that departmental targets are met, along with maintaining high standards. You will be supporting the Mortgage and Protection advisor's in providing a high-quality administration and support service.

Working Hours Monday - Friday 9.00am - 17.30pm
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing first class customer service to clients
- Keying applications onto our in house database
- Chasing lenders and solicitors to make sure the applications run smoothly
- Updating customers throughout the mortgage process
- Checking documents are valid and up to date
- Uploading documents to lender sites
- Answer incoming calls, responding to client and provider queries as appropriate
Requirements for all applicants:
- Prior experience in a Mortgage Administrator position
- Good time keeping
- Experience with Microsoft office applications
- Confident telephone manor
- A motivated character who wants to provide exceptional customer service
