They're now looking to add to that team with a Social Media Manager. Their account portfolio is filled with a superb selection of clients across every sector and you will be responsible for elevating their social offering. Working closely with the Senior Management team, you'll manage social media advertising strategies and campaigns. This will involve social media audits, creating creative ad campaigns and then implementing them across a range of social channels. You'll be working on both organic and paid campaigns, sometimes handling budgets of up to £100k, utilising analytics software to assess the success of each campaign, followed by creating detailed reports for each client. Additionally, you'll be on hand to support the business development process and promote the agency's services across industry events. As part of the Senior team, you will also be overseeing the social team and be responsible for inspiring and supporting them, ensuring that their expectations are in line with the business, helping them to hone their skills.
What we're looking for
We're looking for a true social media native, who knows Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Pinterest like the back of their hand. You'll know everything there is to know about social advertising campaigns and how to safeguard the smooth and efficient delivery of social media and paid social services, which are in line with other digital and offline touchpoints, making sure that everything is finished on time on time and to budget. Understandably, a wider understanding of digital marketing is a must. It's essential that you are able to create SEO rich content for blogs, social media, and email marketing. Software-wise, you will need to be able to use Analytics software, reporting packages, MS Office, Photoshop and a working knowledge of AdWords would be advantageous. As a person, you must be comfortable liaising with stakeholders at every level and able to manage a team. Ideally, you will be a creative inspiration who enjoys coming up with fresh ideas, is passionate about the digital landscape, loves delivering exceptional service and wants to move your career forward as part of a growing team.
