An excellent new opportunity has arisen for a Business Change Readiness Manager role in Stirling or Edinburgh as part of the Transformation team within the Wealth Operations Contact Centre.

The role will be responsible for working collaboratively in managing the ongoing regulatory, legislative, transformational change and continuous improvement activity managing appropriate re-engineering of processes and systems across the operations team. The role will be key in managing the acceptance and readiness criteria for allocated change projects including the post-implementation review of the changes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and managing implementation plans
  • Agile delivery – defining the acceptance and readiness criteria for business change
  • Support and management of the operational elements of UAT
  • Leading change management activities – apply appropriate change management processes to create strategies that will support the adoption of change
  • Change impact analysis, assessing change readiness and identifying key stakeholders
  • Communications – ensuring effective design, development and delivery of key communications with stakeholders
  • Support training execution – providing input and design of training programs
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Experience of working in change management within a customer service environment, preferably Financial Services
  • Excellence in Execution – proactively seeking ways to improve personal and organisational effectiveness to meet current and future business needs
  • Think Strategically – take a broad view of the business, industry and customer environment to anticipate and plan for the future. Identifies the focus and defines what capabilities and systems are needed
  • Learning Agility – adapting behaviour in response to new information or changes, demonstrating flexibility and swiftly mobilising to meet changing demands
  • Strong communication, project management and presentation skills
  • Critical thinking with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Expert knowledge of change management processes and techniques
  • Strong Jira and Confluence knowledge
  • Relevant professional qualification (ie. PRINCE2, MBA etc)
