| CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR - IMMEDIATE START |

| S9 SHEFFIELD AREA! |

| £8.50 PER HOUR |

Our client is looking for a Contract Administrator that can contribute to the efficient running of the Administration department, and to ensure that all service users are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.

Hours: Monday - Friday, Full Time alternating between 8am - 4pm & 10am - 6pm

Duration: 9 months!

Whilst we as an agency are based in Nottingham City centre we will conduct telephone interviews so there will be no need for you to travel to Nottingham to meet us.

Key Duties:

  • General Administration skills
  • Updating spread-sheets
  • Arranging collection and Delivery of Equipment
  • Inputting data into a bespoke system (training given)
  • Ensure filing is maintained and kept up to date as directed by the Team Leader

Key Skills:

  • Previous admin and customer service experince good but not essential
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Great communication skills
  • Flexible and organised
  • Experience working in a busy administration environment
  • Quick to learn new skills
