Customer Service Coordinator

Up to £25,000 per annum

Kingston upon Thames

A marketing-leading organisation who specialise in technology are looking to add to their technical customer services team.

If you are passionate about customer service and enjoying building relationships with people. This organisation has a warm office environment and is full of prospects for long-term career potential. The Customer Service Coordinator will responsible for the full administrative support service to the internal technicians and field team alongside being first point of contact for customers.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • A graduate (or equivalent)

  • Previous experience in customer service

  • Good administrative skills

  • Good IT skills (previous experience working on a CRM system)

  • Excellent organisation and communication skills

  • Previous office experience

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Deliver excellent customer service via email and phone – able to provide understanding, basic diagnosis and provision of accurate information

  • Ensure all administrative processes are documented accurately

  • Provide excellent customer service to customers and support the technical field team

  • Escalate issues arising from processes, customer enquiries

  • Own the process and associated data records for all customer purchase orders from placement to invoicing including; advising all stakeholders of lead times, order status and potential delays.

  • Provide field staff with first line communications, status, support, and escalation for all enquiries

  • Use and maintenance of SAP including, but not limited to; data accuracy for customers and vendors, testing, setting up and training new users, data mining, creating new product data
