Service Desk Analyst
up to £23K

To help make sure that the ICT infrastructure, hardware and support that's needed to deliver a great service to customers, by providing excellent 1st line support to colleagues and working closely with the team and suppliers to diagnose and resolve issue.


*Be the first point of contact for all IT hardware and software issues, providing great customer service
*Provide 1st line support, ranging from password resets to major fault diagnosis
*Log and categorise tickets, escalating when needed
*Run daily checks and carry out preventative maintenance
*Work with members of the team on incidents, problems and projects
*Use my insight into our customers to help improve our products and services
*Follow established processes and procedure to deliver consistent reliable services


*Have a relevant IT related qualification, for example, 'A' Level, HNC, HND or Degree
*Have great customer service skills
*Good general knowledge of technology for example:
*Active Directory
*Microsoft Exchange
*Windows 7, 10
*Office Applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
*Have an understanding of how an IT Service Desk works
*Be able to configure devices and peripherals, for example laptops and printers
