FINTEC recruit is seeking an Accounts Manager based in Inverness, working for a national leading accountancy practice. This is a permanent position with competitive salary and benefits. A qualified Accountant with experience of supporting private and commercial business clients

Responsibilities:

* Managing a wide portfolio of clients in various sectors

* Manage the accounts preparation process

* Managing and monitoring progress of work and budgets

* Supervising and coaching qualified staff and trainees

* Be commercially minded and have a clear perception of client requirements.

Experience and skills required:

* Qualified to CA/ACA/ACCA

* At least 2 year’s post qualification experience

* Accounts or general practice background

* Understanding of FRS 102 is essential, and IFRS an advantage.

* Good IT skills, experience of CCH Accounts Production and CCH Audit Automation
