My client is a well established company based just on the outskirts of Congleton, we are recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst.

You wiill be experienced in providing 1st and 2nd line support for employees across the business. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career within IT in a varied service desk role where you will work closely with developers to resolve incidents.

* Providing 1st, and 2nd line support to internal customers.

* Taking ownership of user problems and being proactive when dealing with user issues or esclating these if not resovled.

* Managing incidents, problems and requests with our ticket management system.

* Installation and setup of new equipment

* Monitoring internal systems.

* Alerting the company of potiential cyber attacks etc

* Maintaining system documentation.

Supporting a range of technologies including-

* Hardware such as PC’s, Mobiles, Printers and Tablets

* Active Directory and Office 365

* Bespoke Android Applications

* Dynamics NAV

* Hands on as well as desk based

You will be a customer focused individual who displays initiative as well as a helpful approach to users, staff and the rest of the IT team. All training can be provided to the right applicant.
