Leading multi-office practice in East Sussex seeks a driven and motivated Employment Solicitor to join its team.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our client’s successful and thriving practice located in the coastal county of East Sussex. Hitting the ground running from day one, the successful solicitor will be managing a caseload consisting of a range of employment matters, with minimal supervision.

- Grievances
- Recruitment

- Performance management
- Appraisals
- Long and short-term absence management
- Restructuring
- Dismissals and severance arrangements
- Redundancy
- Employment aspects of business sales and acquisitions

The Candidate

- Applications are encouraged from solicitors with a minimum of two years’ PQE
- Sound expertise in all employment matters is essential for the role
- Possess outstanding client care and communication skills
- Keen eye for detail and a professional approach to your work
- Detail oriented
