IT Helpdesk Advisor

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00 – 5.30pm

Working on a Temp to perm basis

Salary: £9.00ph

Due to continued growth and success within their industry, one of our leading clients are looking to expand their team with an IT Helpdesk Advisor.

Working within a fast paced and structured team, you will need to be proactive and efficient when liaising with clients and solving problems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Providing 1st and 2nd line support to internal customers

* Taking ownership of user problems and answering them effectively

* Managing incidents, problems and requests using a ticket management system

* Liaising with the development team to raise complex issues

* Updating internal tracking system with account information

* Following service desk policies and procedures

Desirable Attributes:

* Able to work off your own initiative

* Basic knowledge of IT software and how to resolve issues in relation to printers, PC’s, mobiles and tablets

* Ability to remain calm and helpful
