A&F Chambers are currently recruiting for an Accounts Clerk to join our client, a global organisation, to be based at one of their sites in Basildon.

This role is essentially a mix of Accounts Payable and Payroll so would suit someone who is comfortable and experienced in both areas.

Duties include but are not limited to:

* Process invoices and reconcile supplier statements

* Prepare payment runs for suppliers

* Process expenses and credit cards weekly

* Bank reconciliations

* Maintain monthly payroll

* Process starter and leavers forms

* Maintain sickness, absence, overtime and holiday records

* Produce payroll reports

* Update payroll documents and processes as required

Details:

* Monday to Friday, 8:30AM - 17:30PM

* Salary negotiable depending on experience

* Full time, permanent role

* 20 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday

* Free parking
