Job Description

The purpose of this role is to lead and motivate a team to complete TPA projects. The current primarily focus of team is GMP reconciliation, rectification and equalisation work for our TPA schemes.

Key responsibilities of this role are to:

* Lead a team in-line with company vaules.

* Project manage specific Third Party Administration (TPA) projects including Guaranteed Minimum Pension (GMP) reconciliation, rectification and equalisation.

* Plan and manage the team’s workload to ensure project milestones are met and excellent Customer Service is delivered.

* Develop and maintain detailed project MI to provide weekly progress updates

* Work with peer groups throughout Administration Services to ensure consistency of approach/best practice.

* Manage and motivate the team throughout change initiatives, supporting the ethos of continuous improvement.

* Work with Client Service Managers in relation to the TPA projects ensuring that clients’ expectations are set and achieved.

Who are we looking for

We’re looking for someone who has excellent people management skills. Previous experience of working within the pensions industry is required, with specific knowledge of DB. You will have the ability to learn new systems and processes and are able to work to tight deadlines. Excellent analytical, investigative and excel skills are also a key attribute.
