Are you an experienced Cabin Crew Member looking for something closer to home? Have you got your wings and now ready to share that experience with others?

Outsource are currently recruiting for an Apprenticeship Coach(Assessor) specialising in Cabin Crew supporting 2 prestige airlines. You will manage the learning journey of apprentices set to embark on their careers with us. Based at either our Gatwick or Heathrow academies you will assess, monitor and support our learners. Apprentices are the future of our organisation, so we are looking for a passionate and committed individual to guide our candidates to greatness.

In addition to supporting the apprentices, this role involves working in collaboration with the GLA Crew Learning team and Inflight Customer Experience (IFCE), in particular Customer Service Managers (CSM). You will also work with IFCE scheduling to ensure reviews are executed as required by the learning journey plan, to adhere to the minimum 20% of the job learning requirements

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and manage individual learning plans and group profiles

* Regular on programme reviews, target setting and programme coordination

* Updating of records and learning plans

* Track and manage apprentices’ monthly learning record entries

* Manage apprentice’s English and maths learning events (in conjunction with external supplier)

* Reporting, tracking and monitoring

* Use of Airlines external systems

* Ensure effective Safeguarding

* Delivery of learning to apprentices on areas such as Prevent, British Values and Work Skills

* Coordinate End Point assessments with appropriate third-party providers

* Liaise with Crew learning, On Line Manager and IFCE Scheduling

Experience and Skills

* Experience working in a customer facing environment in the aviation industry, preferably with previous experience as cabin crew

* Experience in evaluating learning and development interventions

* Experience developing and implementing Quality Improvement Plans

* Experience of coaching and/or mentoring in a learning environment

* Understanding of Ofsted inspections and ESFA audits

* Coached and mentored in a learning environment

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

Location: London Gatwick and Heathrow Airports

Hours: 7am - 7pm Rota, 7 day working (shift pattern)
