A client based in Camberley are looking to supplement their finance team to work within the Accounts Payable function with some finance administration support.

Accounts Payable - About The Role

Locally based company require someone to support their finance team across both the Accounts payable function with some ad-hoc finance administration duties. This position will be working on a part-time basis for 4 hours per day. This will person will be required until a permanent full-time individual is recruited in to the finance team. This role will require you to start from 25th February.

As the Accounts Payable you will be:

* Logging and distribution of invoices

* Obtaining approval of invoices

* Reconciliation of supplier statements

* Payment of staff expenses

* Reconciliation of company credit card statements

The successful Accounts Payable will have:

* You will need to possess previous experience of working as an Accounts Payable Clerk

* You should be looking for part-time hours – ability to work every day rather than full days across three or four days
