About the role.

We are recruiting for an inspirational team to grow PeoplePlus Wellbeing into the market leader in comprehensive wellbeing consultancy and programmes. Our service can be delivered on a national, regional or local basis. Our investment in technology makes the service accessible, engaging and efficient for employers and their staff. Our consultants will manage and develop existing and new customer relationships while providing an outstanding experience for clients and their employees. They will operate with a strong value of True North and provide tailored solutions that produce measurable results against the metrics that are important to our clients.

This role will be working from home with a once or twice weekly commute to our Birmingham Head Office along with on-site client visits as and when required.

Have you got what it takes?

You should have a passion for what you do and ideally be degree qualified in either Psychology, Health or a Human Resources related subject. You will need to care deeply about improving people’s work and non-work lives while working to clear direction as part of a team. You will also be self-motivated and capable of proposing your own routes to achieving our strategic direction, while taking accountability for them once agreed. An appreciation of, and a commitment to, evidence-based solutions is essential. You will need to be a confident communicator who enjoys meeting people, listening to their needs, and presenting ideas.
