This company is an expanding and high quality training provider supporting businesses from every sector including one of the top 20 training businesses in the world.

In its first two years, they have designed and delivered inspirational training courses in leadership and management skills for a wide variety of large brands as well as many SME organisations.

Their continued business growth is being achieved by recruiting self-employed, remotely based, fully supported, experienced Sales Professionals. Their entire workforce is based remotely. This is a great opportunity to come and share in the success of their business, whilst simultaneously removing commuting from your working day.

They offer a competitive basic rate of pay of between £18,000 and £25,000 - to repeat that's a basic, not an OTE. On top of this they offer a fantastic clear commission structure which is completely uncapped, with a realistic and achievable first year OTE of between £30k-£40k.

As their sales process is very structured, you will spend your day sourcing new business leads and selling to businesses across the South of England. You will retain ownership of any accounts you win and earn commission on these moving forward, allowing you to forge lasting business relationships.

The company is about genuine and personable connections with businesses to help them improve through the training of their employees. This approach generates significant repeat business, largely due to their continued desire to provide the very best service to their customers.

Although you do not require any particular industry experience as full training will be provided, B2B selling experience is vital to this role. Experience teaches them that this role is NOT suitable for Sales people who thrive in Field Sales or those who need the social environment of a physical office base.

- A great speaking voice to communicate well with their business customers
- Recent business to business (B2B) Sales experience is essential

Being highly money motivated is not incompatible with selling ethically and professionally! You must have an honest and sincere work ethic, and demonstrable integrity in your past Sales track record. The company always takes up full past work references on anyone they make a Job offer to.
