To support the Category/Business manager in all aspects of vendor operational management to ensure best in class data integrity, system tools and reporting.

Responsibilities:

Our ACM's support end-to-end product and vendor lifecycle management, ensuring system accuracy and product adoption and creation. They support the vendor pricing strategy through collaboration with the profit team around exception and corrective management.

Collaboration in this role is key. Working with the purchasing team on provision management and stock allocation. Working with Business Intelligence to produce sales out and stock reports and determine appropriate execution plan based on the findings. Support the sales floor with pricing, ship and debit and general product queries.

Hold operational relationship with vendor peers, to discuss future products, forecasting and planning processes and product sell-out and input into and execution of the business plan in conjunction with the vendor business lead(s) with the goal of hitting targets.

What we require:

We are looking for a dynamic, customer centric and personable individual to join our established team of ACM's. Priority management, excellent communication skills and attention to detail are key to the success of this role. This is a “target led” position where targets will be set monthly/quarterly so tenacity, resilience and objection handling are crucial. You will need to be able to work collaboratively and independently to develop relationships with major stakeholders whilst demonstrating persuasion and influential.

We require a minimum of 1 years working experience. Although it would be beneficial, this does not need to be within a sales or purchasing environment. We would however like you to be able to demonstrate your understanding of vendor / product management. Degree level education is favourable but not essential.

Qualifications:

GCSE English and Math – level C / 4 or above

College Qualification or equivalent experience
