ITSM REMEDY SUPPORT ENGINEER - CONTRACT 6 MONTHS

Skills

* Good knowledge of BMC Remedy software

* Good knowledge of IT system architecture

* Good knowledge of IT Support processes and incident/request management

* Working experience with MS Excel and Powerpoint

* Working knowledge of Databases

* Understanding of Risk Management

* Strong communication skills

* English Business Fluent spoken / written

* Believe in Continuous improvements

* Deployment knowledge

* Knowledge of Software Architecture

* ITILV3 Foundation

* Working knowledge of SQL Queries

Roles and Responsibilities

* Support Remedy and ITSM tools in relation to (including but not limited to) Incident, Problem, Change & Request Management processes

* Support Reporting business solutions

* Administer and maintain the BMC Remedy ITSM and other ITSM tools platform for optimal performance (including but not limited to) applying updates, monitoring, supporting upgrades, process queries and reports.

* Monitoring the entire system to make sure all system transactions are processed correctly.

* Troubleshoot and resolve system and transaction issues

* Maintain integrity and security of system
