£9.00 PER HOUR

Our Cheshire based client is looking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst to be based at their office in Holmes Chapel.

The role of the Service Desk Analyst will be to provide 1st and 2nd line support for staff across the business. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career within IT in a varied service desk role where you will work closely with developers to resolve incidents.

The duties of this role are as follows:

* Providing 1st and 2nd line support to internal customers

* Taking ownership of user problems an being proactive when dealing with user issues.

* Managing incidents, problems and requests with our ticket management system.

* Installation and setup of new equipment such as PC’s, Tablets etc

* Monitoring internal systems

* Raising bugs with the development team

* Following service desk policies and procedures

* Maintaining system documentation

Supporting a range of technologies including :

* Hardware such as PC’s Mobile Phones, Printers and Tablets

* Active Directory and Office 365

* Bespoke Android Applications

* Dynamics NAV
