A client focused and dedicated Civil Litigation Lawyer sought for a well accredited Suffolk practice on a full or part-time basis.

The successful Civil Litigation Lawyer will have a minimum of two years PQE, handling a mixed caseload under minimum supervision. Working alongside experienced fee earners, you will have a friendly and professional approach to clients.

Responsibilities
• Debt recovery
• Professional negligence
• Personal injury and clinical negligence claims
• Property and housing litigation
• Inquest representation
• Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act
• Contractual disputes
• Inheritance Act claims
• Conducting advocacy
• Business development, networking and marketing
• Ensuring compliance with civil procedure rules

The Candidate
• Applications are welcomed from partners, solicitors, legal executives or fee earners with a firm grasp of civil litigation law
• Professional and efficient in handling a caseload to meet key deadlines
• Personable with clear and concise communication skills
• Have a flair for business development
• Available either on a full or part-time basis
