Our client, one of Europe’s largest purchasers of performing and non-performing accounts, is looking to appoint a Business Analyst within its Change Management function. The business works with some of the world’s leading investors, finance lenders and European Banks to assist them in accessing the consumer and commercial receivables markets.
Reporting to Change Manager, the role of Business Analyst works part of the change management team to support and investigate change requests providing expert analysis on the range of options/potential conclusions available. Apply analysis techniques within agreed business analysis framework across change projects
Construct as-is and to-be process maps to Business Process Model & Notation standard & provide further clarity through modelling techniques
Work closely with numerous stakeholders and act as the link between the business & development teams & 3rd parties
Support the business change process within 'Discovery’ through defining key stakeholders, scope and wider benefit
Proactively manage changes in requirements in response to business needs
Maintain an up to date knowledge and awareness of business analysis through research to ensure recommendations reflect best practice
2 yrs experience as a Business Analyst within Financial Services sector
BCS/ISEB Business Analysis Diploma (or equivalent)
Large scale Waterfall full lifecycle project experience
Experience of the full software development lifecycle in both waterfall and agile frameworks
Full project lifecycle
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Excel)
Advanced Microsoft Visio
Familiar with Jira or alternative issue management tool
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
£40,000 plus bonus plus benefits
