Indie Recruitment have an exciting and rare opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager. The ideal candidate must be Self Motivated and driven to exceed sales targets through the sale of finance related products.

Key Duties:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the sales within a pre-defined geographical area, through their own performance.

Generating new business whilst also building relationships with key introducers e.g. accountants, lawyers and other dealers of equipment across a range of industry sectors, typically these will be agriculture, machinery and other hard assets.

Proactively source sales from within the allocated geographical location either by directly prospecting the existing customer base, sourcing new customers or through dealer introducers.

Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers within the region via telephone, emails, and face-to-face meetings.

Act as a contact between the company, negotiating terms of an agreement and closing sales, gathering market and customer information.

Represent the company at Trade shows exhibitions and networking events where professionals and other key introducers will be attending.

Review sales performance and produce a weekly report for submission to the business covering critical leasing sales indicators.

Ability to make accurate, rapid quotations and provide customers with the relevant information to close the deal.

Responsible for ensuring that own administration is in line with requirements and company procedure.

Ensure all prospect and customer data and all correspondence is integrated into the CRM platform operated by the business. Maintain and update content with all documentation scanned within the system.

Ensure compliance with GDPR and all Regulatory requirements pertaining to the FCA with particular reference to Anti Money Laundering and bribery & Corruption legislation.

Responsible for ensuring that sales targets for self are achieved.

The individual will also be required to attend the office on a weekly basis to cold call whilst mentoring and coaching the Internal Sales Consultant to ensure they are working efficiently and consistently achieving targets for identifiable opportunities and quotations.

Working within the agreed geographical boundary, sales will be generated through direct sales activity, following up leads generated by Internal Sales, initiating local marketing activity and actively sourcing new business opportunities using external agents/introducers.

The Regional Sales Manager will report directly into the Managing Director and will develop a strong working relationship within the business. The role whilst primarily field based will require regular attendance at the office to support the business.
