Over the years, we have built an amazing reputation and increased our offering to the IT industry. With such growth, our Technical Support team require several ambitious Service Desk Analysts to join our established team in the heart of Reading. We are looking for enthusiastic, inspired individuals who are hungry to progress their skills within an exceptional team of experienced IT Engineers.
Your new role
You will act as the main point of contact to clients who are looking for consultative support, whilst demonstrating flexibility and aptitude across a broad range of Wintel technology. In addition to assisting end-users, you will also get the chance to support modern technologies and learn advanced new technology. You will be passionate about building rapport and maintaining strong relationships across our business to excel in this role. This is a diverse position which will allow you to grow your technical skills across all aspects of IT including Hardware, Software and Networking.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience within an IT role or customer services and a passion for technology will lead you to your success in our organisation. You will have a solid background in technical support including technology such as Active Directory, Windows operating systems or Office 365 and logical mentality, showing ability to problem-solve and deliver solutions quickly and proficiently.
