Graduate Systems Developer
Becoming a Graduate Application Developer with Trustmarque:
As a Graduate Application Developer you will be working as part of a team to create new systems and applications as well as supporting and developing existing systems for a number of our high profile clients. This includes the customisation and configuration of third-party applications including Dynamics CRM 2011 and Dynamics 365.
As a graduate in this role you will receive the support of the management and the rest of the team to ensure that you have the best possible start to your career. Giving you the opportunity to apply the skills learnt at university whilst at the same time developing new and invaluable skills and providing you with an exciting start to your career.
What you will do:
Assist with the development of new systems, interfaces and reporting solutions
Deliver within agreed timescales, deliverables and quality sign off for developments and have input to the planning process for the team.
Monitor, maintain and support existing systems
Engage with business users and identify opportunities for system/process improvements
Champion emerging technologies and implement them where appropriate
Have and maintain an understanding of business processes
Work as part of a self-organising team to deliver systems/solutions
Your experience will include:
Degree level education or equivalent - ideally IT related
Experience of using IDE's - preferably Visual Studio
Strong .NET C# knowledge
Ideally some experience of building systems/application with suitable UI/UX
Understanding of source control systems
Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall delivery methodologies
