Display Solutions Specialist
As a display solutions specialist you will be working for an outstanding global organisation who are passionate about driving results and inspiring others. In this role you will be responsible for technical escalation management, technical training and display improvement projects.
To be considered you must be available immediately or at short notice for this temporary position.
Responsibilities will include:
Management of issues including active involvement where necessary, support of SBSC team and a focus on reducing open status of pending issues.
Support the partner community. To include training framework creation and delivery.
Field Service attendance where necessary to facilitate escalations and support partners
Focus on working with other internal (EDO, DSSC, HQ, Pre-sales) and external groups to achieve expedited resolution.
Includes identifying delays in progress and refining processes for lead-time improvement.
Targeted on issue resolution timeframes
To be considered you will have the following skills and experience:
Experience as a field engineer
Knowledge of Display & AV hardware and software
Strong Microsoft office skills
Solid attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Excelling organisational skills
This role is on a temporary basis, working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm to start ASAP with free parking on site and easily commutable from the train station. Please apply for immediate consideration!
