Arabic Speaking Communications Specialist - Technology Sector

Currently I am working with a large tech firm who are known in the industry for a great company culture, who are looking to take on a Communications Specialist for their offices in Central London. This is a rare opportunity that combines your customer service skills and your technical knowledge whilst working for a highly acclaimed company in their classy offices in Central London.

Reporting to the Team Manager Your main duties shall be:

- Using your technical knowledge of certain systems to provide excellent customer service
- Work to company KPI's
- Monitor inbound queries via email and respond within reasonable time frame
- Manage expectations of the customers

The successful candidate must have:

- University Degree.
- Whilst this role is not highly technical, your previous technical knowledge will give you a good grounding in this role.
- Interest in and ability to improve team and operational work efficiency.
- Capability to work efficiently under little supervision.
- Strong organizational skills, written and oral communication skills and great attention to details.
- Ability to multitask, and work efficiently in a high-paced environment.
- Fluency in written and spoken English & Arabic
