Successful firm in Bury St Edmunds seeks an ambitious Residential Conveyancing Lawyer.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join our client’s busy practice which is located in Bury St Edmunds. The successful candidate will handle a high volume caseload consisting of residential conveyancing matters.

• Managing a full caseload
• Sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Mortgages and re-mortgages
• Equity release
• Right to buy
• Shared ownership
• Deeds of gift
• Part exchanges

The Candidate
• Applications are welcomed from solicitors with a minimum of three years’ PQE or licensed conveyancers and legal executives with a minimum of three years’ experience in residential conveyancing
• Solid knowledge of residential property conveyancing matters is essential
• Ideally, you will have outstanding communication and IT skills
• The ability to think laterally and approach issues creatively and collaboratively is necessary
