A full-time position for a Project Administrator for a busy conference and association administration company is being offered. Candidates must be prepared to travel during the year and within the UK. Experience in administration is essential. Good computer skills time management and ability to organise required.

The duties of the Project Administrator are as follows:-

- Administration of client tasks as agreed with the Director.
- Managing clients annual conference, including venue booking, registration, speakers, accommodation, catering etc.
- Attendance and minute taking at regular client board meetings.
- Managing client's daily email, telephone enquiries.
- Organising and attendance at events in the UK as and when required.
- General office duties, such as filing, answering the telephone.
- Assisting with database input.
- Assisting other members of staff as and when required.
