IT Support Engineer
We are recruiting for a leading Managed Service Provider in North London who are looking for a 1st-2nd Line Support Engineer to provide client facing IT Support to their customers.
If you have at least one years’ experience in Client Facing IT Support and are looking to join a great company that really looks after its staff this is the perfect role for you.
To join an existing team that takes pride in their work, delivering IT Support to several different clients in North London. You will be working with numerous clients expanding your knowledge and experience in the IT industry. Building relationships with an existing client base whilst taking ownership of troubleshooting incidents from 1st-2nd Line support.

What’s needed for me to be considered?
- Experience working with an MSP or In-House IT Support role.
- Understanding of core IT Concepts
- Active Directory, Group Policy
- Current and previous versions of Microsoft Office
- Windows 7/8/10 and Mac OSX and be experienced in building workstations.
- Understanding of routers, firewalls and switches, security TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP is an advantage.
