As a Media Officer for the BMA, you are guaranteed a varied and eventful working day. This is one of the most interesting times to work in the health agenda and we will expect you to devise imaginative media plans to promote the work of the BMA - as a highly respected professional association and trade union.
We are looking for candidates with excellent judgement, drive and experience in communications, public relations or journalism - particularly at a regional level, who can turn complex information into clear and impactful messages and work to tight deadlines. We welcome individuals who bring energy, fresh ideas and new approaches to ensure that our team is constantly moving forward.
The BMA`s members - UK doctors - are at the heart of what we do and how we work. You will be working in a creative, close-knit team, part of the wider BMA Engagement & Communications Directorate.
