Group Sales Advisor
Reporting to the Contact Centre Team Leader - Groups, the Group Sales Advisor is responsible for providing a professional telephone sales service to groups of 10 customers, or more, wishing to book a holiday. Maximising all sales and revenue opportunities, you will sell package holidays and ancillaries from our entire range in order to achieve individual, team and business targets.
You will be responsible for offering a service that is focused on selling through self-motivation, strong communications skills, excellent product knowledge and identifying customer needs.
Building positive relationships is key to this role in order to proactively sell and gain a loyal base for repeat bookings. As a results driven self starter with a passion for travel, you will have worked within the Travel Industry and have extensive destination and product knowledge. This will enable you to confidently sell package holidays and provide excellent customer service on all inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within the Travel Industry, good communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to communicate clearly at all levels and situations.
The opening hours for the department are Monday to Friday 8.00 - 9pm, Saturday 8.30 -5.30pm and Sunday 9-6pm and we have a 6 week rotational shift pattern that reflects our opening hours.
