Customer Service Team Leader
Location: London
Length: 8 months potentially ongoing


Our client, a world-renowned charity is seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to lead their reception team to ensure the smooth running of their accommodation service.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and monitoring performance of team to ensure high standards of customer service
  • Training new members of staff in protocols and procedures
  • Dealing with petty cash and cash reconciliation
  • Deescalate potentially volatile situations to ensure the safety of both staff and clients


Desirable experience:

  • Background in homeless accommodation
  • Experience in leading and managing a team directly
  • High level of both written and verbal communication
  • Confident when dealing with confrontational situations
  • Experience in using AMIS housing management software
