About the role
Are you interested in being part of an award winning, all singing all dancing HR and Organisational Development team? Well we’re proud of the internal brand we’ve created and in this role you’ll be the driver behind taking this to the next level - responsible for all Internal Communications and Employee Engagement within Arval UK. Everything from strategy and leading on initiatives to planning events and producing communications.
You’ll work with a range of demanding stakeholders and will use your extraordinary creativeness to make sure the correct messages are sent out to employees across our three offices, in a timely way that’s consistent with our internal Journey Maker brand. You’ll have the remarkable ability to quickly interpret a multi-channel vision and turn it into award-winning prose that will grab the attention of the relevant audience in a concise way, whilst delighting the stakeholder and impressing everyone else. But that’s what you do, right? That’s your genius.
Plus, you’ll help develop as well as implement an effective Employee Engagement strategy that importantly helps engage, retain and motivate employees whilst keeping a finger on the pulse of what’s happening in the worlds of Customer and Employee Experience, by building and developing networks.
Pay Zone level B3.
Who we are looking for?
To succeed in this exciting role you’ll need to demonstrate a successful track record gained in a similar role where you can clearly evidence the value you have added to a commercial business in the communications and engagement space. Your pull-out-the-bag, top key skills should be so finely tuned that influencing and demonstrating political mastery to drive the agenda forward, whilst operating at a strategic level with complete credibility will be doable in your sleep.
We’re looking for someone who is a high energy and colorful individual who can build relationships with gravitas and ease, and will guarantee complete satisfaction for all parties. This role will involve an embarrassing amount of stakeholder management so you’ll need to display a real strength in true business partnering.
