Urgently seeking a 2nd Line Support Engineer to progress their existing technical ability paying up to £32,000

Our organisation is undertaking a massive phase of modernisation advancing us towards the development of cutting-edge IT systems. We are now seeking a proficient 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our tech-savvy team and work on a variety of projects whilst improving your own technical capabilities.
Your new role
To be successful in this role, you will have a broad mix of technical skills. You will be a key point of contact in our company for all technical queries escalated from our established 1st Line team. You'll be maintaining our IT systems and managing our network and hosted windows servers whilst also working on a wide range of exciting technical projects we have in the pipeline.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a strong background of technical support in Infrastructure, from good technical understanding of DHCP, LAN/WAN to competently using Active Directory, MS Office and Windows Servers. As the main point of contact for internal technical queries, your face to face manner will be brilliant. You will have the ability to build and maintain professional relationships, assimilate with diverse technical teams and work independently.
