The JRS team provides creative, design and production services to the whole of UKRI, including all the Councils and other organisations associated with them. Our aim is to deliver an outstanding standard of creative design, account management and print production services, offering integrated services across print and digital media, as well as range of complementary services.

About the opportunity

We have a great opportunity for a dynamic and highly motivated Account Manager, working with multiple clients on a broad range of projects. We're looking for a first-rate Account Manager who understands the importance of building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with our clients, getting to know them well and fully understanding their needs. We are looking for passion and dedication.

Experience is a must. You'll play a key role in all stages of the creative and production process, have a passion for taking on challenging briefs and work with our design, production and wider account management team to develop them into successful projects and campaigns that give outstanding results. You have a desire to always deliver the best and enjoy collaborating with others from across the organisation, while being open to new ideas.

About the role

The Account Manager is responsible for developing relationships with our clients and managing all aspects of their accounts. This is a demanding role, with accountability for online and offline design and creative output. The role will require you to execute finished briefs and collaborate with the client on developing them, as well as developing them from scratch on your own.

You will ensure that the creative solutions are aligned to client expectations and delivered to the highest standard, on time and on budget. You will work closely with our design, production and wider accounts management teams for internal and external clients, pitching designs and fully understanding our clients’ needs.

As an Account Manager you will be expected to provide administration and project management support to our designers and clients, whilst working on a variety of accounts, and ensuring that all are consistently satisfied with the quality of service being delivered. You must have excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects through multiple channels with determination, vision and leadership.

You will use your experience and knowledge to continuously review processes and practices, with a view to enhance creativity, improve efficiency and overall workflow throughout the studio and production.
