Morpheus is a successful Management Consulting and staffing business, specialising in the exciting and rapidly growing Robotic Process Automation & Artificial Intelligence marketplace

The Managing Partners have just opened a new office in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey and are looking for a talented and ambitious Finance / Commercial Manager to join their team as they scale up the business

This opportunity should suit someone with previous experience in a Finance & Office Management role, who is versatile and enjoys working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment

The scope of this role is varied and includes:

  • Financial - Invoicing, credit control, PnL production, payroll management, VAT reconciliation, intercompany transactions
  • Commercial - onboarding new employees, sub-contractors & clients
  • Office management - timesheets, expenses, travel, holiday, contract & events management
  • Systems - advanced skills with Excel & Xero
  • 3rd party relationship management of outsource partners (Payroll, IT)
  • Change management - streamlining and improving our business processes in support of rapid 2019 growth

Personal attributes:

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills - able to work with minimal supervision, using initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills - confident communicating with our Customers, Contractors, Partners & Employees
  • Excellent administration, multi-tasking & organisational skills
  • Energy and drive with a "can-do" attitude and the ability to flex and prioritise in line with a changing workload

Benefits include holiday & flexible working arrangements (ideal hours of work 9am - 5pm, 4 days per week)
