Contracts Analyst required for a 6 month contract in Maidenhead:
Advance Excel (testing required, proficient in Vlookups, IFstatements, conditional formatting, Pivot tables etc),
Access databases an advantage not essential,
Data Analysis, Attention to Detail, Excellent Customer Service Skills for internal and External Customers,
Experience with SAP pricing or pricing systems and advantage. Business Objects or similar sales reporting tool experience an advantage.
Experience in working within Healthcare preferred.
Short term contract to provide assistance to the Tenders and Contracts Team, tasks will include:
Producing Usage reports from our Business Objects Sales reporting system as well as extracts from the SAP ordering information. Formatting these reports in to required format and providing analysis based on past sales performance. Recording Macro's to automate repeating formatting of data for required monthly reports.
Assisting the sales team in completing Price approval forms, adherence to the agreed pricing policy making changes to customer pricing only where agreed approval is in place.
Occasionally assisting with customer quotations and working with the sales team to ensure these quotation meet internal audit requirements.
Providing ad hoc analysis and administrative support to the Tenders and Contracts Team as required.
