Field based role covering the Essex and North London

Moneyway is growing and we are seeking ambitious Account Managers in Essex and North London to introduce our Motor Finance proposition to the market and secure new accounts from clients in automotive dealer groups, management companies and used car independents.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly driven sales professional to quickly grow the existing client base within the security of a well established Challenger Bank.

The Role

We are seeking to recruit a talented, motivated individual who can identify and secure quality new business opportunities in Essex and North London, supporting dealers in maximising their business. You will establish a sales and distribution strategy for your territory, delivering excellent customer outcomes whilst achieving stretching targets for new and repeat business.

Once a network of new accounts has been established you will actively develop them, using our standard campaign offering to ensure profitable new business lending growth aligned to our credit risk appetite.

What you will bring

You will be a highly motivated individual that has the ambition, energy and ability to achieve stretching sales targets whilst ensuring excellent customer outcomes at all times.

You will have a proven and highly successful background in a sales role within the automotive industry, preferably with knowledge of motor finance from either a lending or dealership environment.

Working knowledge of the regulatory environment is highly desired, specifically FCA regulations and SAF requirements for Motor Finance Conduct.
