  • Responsible for end to end process payroll UK, Shadow & Ireland
  • Preparation and process commission/bonus/retro and special payments
  • Responsible for Process employment changes in relation to payroll, liaising with HR and the business stakeholders to ensure that all employees are paid in line with their employment contract
  • Validation and resolution of any data issues, missing information during normal processing period ensuring payroll errors are minimised
  • Liaise with Cloudpay to identify and resolve discrepancies prior to final submission for HR and Finance sign off
  • Develop robust controls for the validation and checking of payroll data.
  • Prepare month end reconciliations and remittances for all payroll including compilation of journals
  • Manage UK & Ireland company pension schemes in line with Auto enrolment legislation
  • Prepare and process tax and employee end of year reporting
  • Compilation of annual employee benefit reporting for all countries
  • Responding quickly and accurately, with professionally composed emails, to internal employee payroll and compensation inquiries via payroll inbox
  • Performs audits of payroll detail for accuracy to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and internal policy and procedures
  • Organise, secure and maintain all files, records in accordance with policies and procedures archive and retains employee payroll records and files as required by law
  • Preparation of all government reporting and associated payments and analysis, including PAYE, P11d, Gender pay, Apprentice levy.

You need to the following;

  • Self Starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Previous payroll experience in small to medium size organisation
  • Some experience of EMEA payrolls and of an outsourced payroll environment
  • Experience of Expat payroll would be advantageous but not essential
  • High integrity and ability to maintain sensitive & confidential information
  • Good understanding of Payroll & legislative practices
  • System/ Technology savvy
